Ultimate Staffing is honored to support a world-class medical treatment center in San Diego to find a professional Patient Services Coordinator to join their renowned organization. As a Patient Services Coordinator, you will get to work alongside renowned medical professionals such as, Oncologists, Registered Nurses, and Radiation Therapists.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greeting patients in a warm and friendly manner
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with patients to gather accurate patient registration
  • Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to the patient, a proactive approach to provide solutions and routes issues for expedited solutions
  • Manages patient interaction from start to finish to include ID verification and insurance information on every patient to ensure necessary paperwork and forms are signed and witnessed
  • Verifying insurance benefits and coverage, authorization, pre-determination, policy exclusions or limitations of coverage
  • Collecting payment from patient



Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Prior Radiation Oncology experience preferred, or previous experience as a Patient Service Representative in a medical setting


The right candidate can make $20-$21 an hour depending on experience.
